MESSAGE:

These spots promote programs and services offered by the SC Commission on Higher Education.

LOGGING/SCHEDULE:

NCSA spots for South Carolina Broadcasters Association sponsors should be logged as such, so detailed monthly reports can be provided to the SCBA office.  "College Goal Sunday" is promoting a specific event at the end of February so it should run January 4, 2010-February 28, 2010. "SC CAN General" is a generic spot promoting CHE's other programs and services.  It should air March 1, 2010-June 30, 2010.   All spots should run in the best time periods available (6a-12a, if possible) and as frequently as possible.

REPORTING PROCEDURE:

Please include these spots on your Summary Form which is to be completed monthly with the total number and dollar value of the spots aired. Send signed Summary Form and supporting documentation showing dates and times of spots aired to:
