MESSAGE:

These spots promote the new Sunrise license plates.

LOGGING/SCHEDULE:

NCSA spots for South Carolina Broadcasters Association sponsors should be logged as such, so detailed monthly reports can be provided to the SCBA office.   "Blue Outfit" spots should run May 1, 2008-July 31, 2008.  "Tan Outfit" spots should run from August 1, 2008-October 31, 2008.  Run the spots as frequently as possible and in the best time periods available (6a-12a, if possible).

REPORTING PROCEDURE:

Please include these spots on your Summary Form which is to be completed monthly with the total number and dollar value of the spots aired. Send signed Summary Form and supporting documentation showing dates and times of spots aired to:
