Digital Media Sales Manager - WIS-TV, NBC affiliate in Columbia, S.C. and subsidiary of Raycom Media, Inc is currently accepting resumes for the newly created Digital Media Sales Manager position. WIS-TV, WIStv.com and 10toGO are all market leading products. Our On-Air and Online audience shares rival counterparts in the major markets, and offer tremendous opportunities to generate revenues.
To be considered for this position, qualified candidates must be able to provide a proven sales and management track record, have the highest level of understanding of digital media principles, interactive products and services, and have 5+ years of digital media sales experience.
Responsibilities of this Management-level position include: day to day handling of retail internet accounts, working with broadcast sales managers to empower local account executives with creative digital solutions, provide interactive marketing solutions to agencies and local direct clients, and developing new business. This position also includes the supervision, coaching and development of dedicated Digital Media sales staff and annual budget preparation for Digital Media department.
The successful candidate must be a strong communicator, outstanding coach and self-starter with a strong focus on creating value, closing techniques, and overcoming objections.
