| Requirements: |
College degree in journalism, meteorology, earth sciences or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years prior television weathercasting experience. Candidate must possess strong communication skills, understanding of computer graphics, strong writing and analytical abilities. Ideal candidate will possess excellent on-air presentation skills with high-energy level. Ability to ad lib and react quickly and appropriately on camera. AMS and NWA seals preferred. Must be able to attend work regularly and available to work early morning, holidays and possible irregular hours. Demonstration tape required.

Installs, operate, maintain, and repairs state-of-the-art complex analog and digital television broadcast equipment and associated test gear. Performs routine and unscheduled maintenance on television, satellite and computer equipment. Provide production assistance when needed. Operate audio and video recording equipment. Monitors production to insure compliance with all applicable technical standards. Provide technical engineering assistance in the planning, design and construction production/ routing/ distribution facilities to the Engineering Manager. Maintains the physical plant and facilities of the station as required.

| Requirements: |
An Associate degree in Electronics and/or work experience in the repair and maintenance of electronic broadcasting equipment. Must be capable of operating and troubleshooting the latest in television broadcast equipment and associated test gear. Must be willing to do occasional night work.
Preferred: An Associated degree and four years of progressively responsible experience in the repair and maintenance of TV production, routing and distribution equipment. |
