We're looking for the person with personality who can take the science of weather and make it easilty understood for our on-air, online and mobile customers. This position requires advanced forecasting skills and the ability to present the weather in a factual, memorable and lively fashion.

| Requirements: |
The successful applicant will have a degree in meteorology, atmospheric sciences or a related field and previous television weathercasting and forecasting experience. Knowledge or WSI computer systems and graphics is a plus as are CBM, AMS and/or NWA seals of approval. The ability to communicate and relate well with a television audience while demonstrating a passion and experitse for all things weather related are critical components for the job. You must be highly organized, detail oriented, deadline driven and capable of completing multiple complex tasks on deadline. You'll also be involved doing live field reporting from weather-related stories and community events. Candidates lacking previous television experience will not be considered.
