MESSAGE:

The 2011-2012 National Guard campaign, Defining Moments, highlights the importance of the Guard during natural disasters.

LOGGING/SCHEDULE:

PEP spots for South Carolina Broadcasters Association sponsors should be logged as such, so detailed monthly reports can be provided to the SCBA office.   Please replace the current spots you are airing with the spots listed above.  These spots are to begin airing immediately and run through December 31, 2012.  Run the spots as frequently as possible and in the best time periods available (6a-12a, if possible).  Because the Army National Guard is SCBA's premier PEP partner, they should receive double the airtime of the other partners in your station's PEP inventory allotment.  The Guard appreciates all airtime donated to their campaign but highly values airtime on stations with formats targeting 17-34 year olds.  Additionally, all spots are approved for web streaming so please consider streaming them.

REPORTING PROCEDURE:

Please include these spots on your Summary Form which is to be completed monthly with the total number and dollar value of the spots aired. Send signed Summary Form and supporting documentation showing dates and times of spots aired to:
