MESSAGE:

These spots are recruiting spots for the US Coast Guard with specific messages for certain  markets.

LOGGING/SCHEDULE:

NCSA spots for South Carolina Broadcasters Association sponsors should be logged as such, so detailed monthly reports can be provided to the SCBA office.  

CHARLESTON AND ORANGEBURG MARKETS

Run the :60 market specific spots at 75% rotation and the :30 spots at 25% rotation. The spots should start airing December 1, 2009 and run through March 31, 2010 in the best time periods available (6a-12a, if possible) and as frequently as possible.  If applicable, a Spanish version has also been included on the CD.   Additionally, all spots are approved for web streaming so please consider streaming them on your site.

ALL OTHER MARKETS

You may rotate the :60 and :30 spots equally or you may select the best length for your station that will generate the most airplay.  The spots should start airing December 1, 2009 and run through March 31, 2010 in the best time periods available (6a-12a, if possible) and as frequently as possible.  If applicable, a Spanish version has also been included on the CD.   Additionally, all spots are approved for web streaming so please consider streaming them on your site.

REPORTING PROCEDURE:

Please include these spots on your Summary Form which is to be completed monthly with the total number and dollar value of the spots aired. Send signed Summary Form and supporting documentation showing dates and times of spots aired to:
