WLTX Marketing Solutions, a TEGNA Company, has an exciting opportunity for a talented Account Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the sales team in day to day business activities
  • Accurately setting up new accounts profiles, contracts, etc
  • Accurately inputting broadcast and digital orders
  • Cross-training in Traffic (both Broadcast and Streaming TV) to provide back up support and vacation relief
  • Primary contact for clients after campaign activation with full understanding of the clients’ needs to provide excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrates proof of performance for client campaigns, providing clients with broadcast posts, digital recaps and key insights for upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to input acceptable make-good packages, posts, and facilitate accurate trafficking of orders, as needed
  • Working with Consumer Insights, Account Executive, Account Manager, to build PowerPoint presentation shells and/or to customize sales materials (as needed)
  • Effectively using all station provided sales tools & software, including WideOrbit Traffic, WideOrbit Sales, Matrix Monarch, Scarborough, Admall, Wiki, and any other company tools provided
  • Assist in solving invoice discreps and provide aging/statements as necessary to insure full payment of client schedules.
  • Attends sales meetings and training to obtain sales, product and process information, and to keep abreast of company products and services in order to articulate to clients, when appropriate.
  • Perform other duties related to digital ad sales as needed.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently in an effort to support the customer.
  • Ability to help team with other duties not listed.
