Traffic Coordinator

WFXB FOX TV is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Traffic Coordinator. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity.

The Traffic duties include:

·        Enter, schedule and manage commercial spots for advertisers across WFXB FOX and MeTV

·        Maintain and update daily program logs to ensure accuracy and compliance

·        Assist the Traffic Manager with commercial scheduling, program formatting and operational needs.

·        Provide front desk/reception support

·        Support the team with additional tasks to ensure smooth daily broadcast operations

Candidate must possess these skills:

·        Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

·        Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

·        Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively

·        Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

·        Self-starter who can work independently

·        Professional and calm under pressure

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Sheets

Preferred (Not Required)

·        Previous Traffic or broadcast experience

·        Familiarity with WideOrbit traffic system

Position Details

·        Full-time position (part time may be considered based on experience)

·        On-site role in Myrtle Beach, SC
