As  the backbone of our daily operations, you’ll expertly manage both administrative tasks and the flow of our advertising inventory across audio and digital platforms. We are a locally owned media company looking for someone who is as passionate about traditional media and the Midlands as we are!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Accurate order entry; preparation of commercial logs
• Work with sales and production departments to meet client expectations
• Submit weekly/monthly affidavits as needed
• Calendar management, interview coordination/scheduling
• Monthly invoicing; collections
• Accounts receivable/payable
• Payroll + light HR Duties
• eCommerce inventory and order fulfillment

• Forward facing representative to clients and consumers; able to maintain a positive environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Organizational skills must be your superpower with meticulous attention to numbers/details
• Ability to effectively meet and manage deadlines; ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong math/accounting skills
• Ability to communicate professionally internally and externally
• Proficient in Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of traffic software (Natural Log, Google Ad Manager helpful)
• Willingness to be a positive team player and wear different hats as needed
• Background check and references required.
