Job Summary/Description:

Are you an organized, detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for media and sales? WCSC is looking for a dynamic Sales Support Coordinator to join our high-performing team!

In this key position, you’ll provide essential administrative and sales support to our high-performing Media Executives. Your contributions will help drive the success of both our Digital and Broadcast (Local & National) sales efforts by ensuring smooth operations, client satisfaction, and seamless campaign execution. At WCSC, we offer a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact client success and, ultimately, station profitability. Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assist with creating sales presentations and proposals
• Handle order entry and maintenance in broadcast and digital operating systems
• Create and maintain sales performance reports
• Support Research, Creative, and Programming efforts within the Sales Department
• Monitor digital campaign performance to ensure success
• Provide daily client support and interaction to enhance relationships
• Work closely with Management to streamline processes

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Detail-oriented multitasker with strong problem-solving skills and initiative
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work under deadlines
• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Analytics is a plus
