Marketing Producer

WCSC, the #1 station and award-winning CBS affiliate in Charleston, South Carolina is looking for a full-time Marketing Producer. This candidate should be an expert visual storyteller with strong skills in writing, cinematography and editing with the ability to produce a variety of creative assets for both Live 5 News and a variety of commercial clients.   The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge in branding, social media marketing and audience engagement.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Conceptualize, write, shoot and edit multi-platform marketing assets for news content, station branding and client commercials
– Videography including strong lighting and audio skills
– Develop and create digital and social media campaigns
– Work collaboratively with the creative team and other departments on station projects
– Plan station events and engage with the public in a professional setting
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

Three years of video production experience or equivalent is preferred
Must provide creative reel demonstrating advanced knowledge of video production, especially Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and DSLR cinematography
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Film/Video or other related field preferred
A clean driving record is required
