WCSC Digital Sales Assistant

WCSC, the #1 News and Entertainment Station in Charleston, SC is seeking a dynamic Digital Sales Assistant to be a key part of our Team. We are seeking a detail-oriented, technology-savvy Assistant capable of producing creative, high-impact sales presentations, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and inputting orders on deadline in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Position works directly with all departments, advertisers, agencies, and corporate design team to ensure that campaigns run as directed.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Digital order entry with high level of accuracy
* Request, update and monitor digital creative scheduling on all campaigns.
* Execute campaigns and creative development for all digital advertising.
* post-order ad insertion
* Update and monitor digital creative
* Organize and deliver monthly reports
* Monitoring digital campaigns
* Work with corporate design team on digital ad creative, scheduling and revising campaigns
* Produce digital analytic performance reports

Qualifications/Requirements:

Candidate should also have experience in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook and be proficient in data entry. Experience with social media, paid digital ads, google ad words, Google Analytics, and digital traffic systems such as DFP is a plus.
